Here at Tori’s Wardrobe, we really hope you are happy with your purchase but sometimes we all make little mistakes.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item, with all tags intact and original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. A completed returns form must be enclosed with the returned garment.  You will be liable for the cost of returning the item in its original condition within the time frame stated.

We will inspect all item returned immediately and if we are completely satisfied on the condition of goods a full refund will be issued within 3-7 working days – refunds will be made back onto the same card as original payment was made.

Please note, goods cannot be returned to the store, they must be returned via post to
